I studied accountancy at Birmingham University and, after obtaining my degree, qualified as a chartered accountant in 1989.
Since qualifying, I have been acting for small and medium sized businesses, dealing with all aspects of their accounting and taxation requirements, together with preparing self-assessment tax returns relating to personal tax matters.
In 2004, I set up my own chartered accountancy practice working from home in Witney. I am happy to act for clients within a 25 mile radius of Witney and appointments are available outside of normal office hours, if required.
My wife Debbie is also a chartered accountant and works within the practice; she has similar experience to me in dealing with accounting and taxation matters for both business and personal tax clients.
As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, I am required to meet high standards of professional service in all areas of my work. This includes a regulated continuing professional education programme that ensures I am fully up to date on all accounting and taxation matters.
I will always be fully involved with all aspects of work carried out by the practice and pride myself in building long-lasting business relationships, based on trust.
My aim is to give a friendly, cost-efficient and high-quality service to all clients, many for whom I have acted as their accountant and tax advisor for over 20 years.
